The anime Cyborg Kuro-chan TV is filmed after the manga Cyborg Kuro Chan, Nobuhiro Takamoto was the director. Nobuhiro Takamoto who had filmed Tenchi in Tokyo TV and Sasami: Magical Girl Club TV was invited director of Cyborg Kuro-chan. 66 series were released all in all, each lasting for 25 minutes. The anime is filmed as a comedy.
